2. BOTH STATION AND NETWORK
To maintain the integrity of the network, the national office, all the 5 stations, the affiliates, and the Archives, with constructive management and financial viability.

3. ALL DEMOCRATICALLY GOVERNED
To keep a democratic governance structure intact, with boards elected by proportional representation that oversee foundation management, and to support improvements in the election process.

4. PROGRAM COUNCIL
Support for program councils that include listeners, LSB members, unpaid and paid staff, at all 5 stations.

5. DIVERSE COMMUNITY VIEWPOINTS PRESENTED
To insure that programming incorporates the diverse voices of community movements and struggles, including controversial, unpopular ideas, speech, information and debates. To insure accurate, balanced coverage of station and network affairs.

6. EGALITARIAN REGARD
To recognize and respect the essential roles of staff, unpaid and paid, volunteers, management and subscriber members at all 5 stations.

7. LISTENER INPUT
All listeners should have the opportunity to provide input to the station through various forms of feedback including the 2 annual LSB hosted Town Halls, as required by the Pacifica by-laws, and to have their input considered.
