Remembering

Steve Wagner
February 20, 1949 to June 30, 2016

Steve Wagner was a lifelong activist. He co-founded the Lake Merritt Peace Walk which is now in its 16th year. Among the many struggles he took part in was the 1999 KPFA/Pacifica fight against the hijackers, and he was an endorser of the UCR. Last summer he passed away due to a massive heart attack.

His memorial will be this Sunday, Oct 9, at the Humanist Hall in Oakland.

Please join us to enjoy Steve's favorite snacks and desserts, and then to share and hear remembrances of a truly unforgettable man. Also, please tell or bring anyone who knew him and would like to come remember him with us.
